Take Interstate 64 to Exit 178B (Richmond - Route 250 East). Merge into the far left lane and turn left at the first traffic light onto Dominion Boulevard. Take Interstate 95 to Exit 74-A (I-195 North - Downtown Expressway). Take the first exit onto Canal Street. At the second light, turn right onto Ninth Street.
