2018 Business Travel Forecast

Anita Nelson, Meetings Manager is retiring after 38 years of service.

It’s said all good things must come to an end. After 38 years at Covington, Anita Nelson has earned the milestone of retirement. During her tenure as manager of Covington Meetings & Events, Anita oversaw the growth of our meetings division from infancy to the robust and creative department that it is today.

Under her leadership, hundreds of corporate events have been executed to exacting standards, and thousands of business travelers have learned, networked, and celebrated. Please join us in wishing Anita a fond farewell and safe travels in her retirement.

In order to see schedule and fare options from all airports in an area, choose “area airport” when entering search parameters.

After your results are returned, you can easily narrow down the options by unchecking those you don’t want to see. The results will refresh immediately

Concur, Online Booking Tool

  • Do you arrange travel for others? Make sure you are using the Travel Arranger View when using Concur.
  • From the Travel tab, click “Arrangers.” This will give you convenient access to all your travelers on the same page (through the “I’m Assisting” option). You can also find out which of your travelers is due to travel within a specified time period (via “Upcoming Travelers”). Try it out!
