Thanks for Planning our Event & Creating a Smooth Experience 

I plan the annual trips for Southwest Virginia Community College’s Student Government Association. It seems each year the planning becomes more difficult. Meghan and Covington Travel were recommended to me by April Quesenberry of Upward Bound. I contacted Meghan, gave her the location, budget, ideas of where we would like to visit and activities we would like to do.

Within a few days, Meghan had coordinated the entire trip! She booked our hotel, activities, and events. Upon arrival at the hotel and requested activities, we found everything to be in order. There was not a single discrepancy during the entire trip. We all had a wonderful trip with lots of great memories for our students.

This trip was to Nashville and it just so happened to be in the middle of the NFL draft. Meghan went the extra mile to notify me of road closures and alternative routes and suggested times to travel to events. We will continue to use Covington Travel to plan our trips! Thanks for taking the stress out of planning and creating a smooth experience.
