    Rewards Trip Planning… and Cancelling

    Using Covington to book our Summer 2020 Sales and Customer Rewards Trip to Aruba made planning the trip a breeze. They handled all the hotel and flight negotiations and bookings, arranged a welcome party to take place on the beach, and even airport transportation and daily activities. Then when the COVID-19 Pandemic happened we had to cancel our trip and Covington was able to fully recover our deposit to the hotel as well as the amount spent on airfare.
