Cindi…After many years of fine travel service, I feel the need to write a special acknowledgment to you and the Covington staff for your work during the recent coronavirus pandemic. As you know, I was really concerned over losing a considerable amount of money in cancellation fees for cruise and airline tickets.
Thanks to Covington’s special relationship with Delta Airlines, I was given a full refund for my tickets to Europe. I know that if I had attempted that refund on my own, it wouldn’t have happened. Moreover, you have taken care of transferring my cruise tickets and making other arrangements in a seamless fashion. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
