Gratitude for our Travel Advisor!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our Travel Advisor, Donna Loftus at Covington Travel. Having been in my position for two years, I was spending a lot of unproductive time on the phone (and on hold) with a different organization which is why we decided to try Covington.

My experience with Covington and Donna has been not only time saving but accommodating to the fullest! I am able to send an email to Donna explaining our needs and I get a response within just a few minutes! She provides options, pricing and is ready to book at a moment’s notice!

When we’ve had phone conversations, it’s been quick, to-the-point, pleasant and productive! As a result, I’ve been able to get my corporate team’s travel arrangements completed in record time. Donna is a true gem!
