COVID19 Coronvirus Travel Updates

Our Commitment to Customers

During this COVID-ID pandemic, Covington Travel is fully operational with the majority of our staff safely working from home. We can be reached by our work phone numbers and emails, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us for anything you may need.

Now more than ever, our top priority is to keep you safe and updated during these challenging times. On a daily basis, we are monitoring the situation very closely with reliable resources. We are committed to providing our travelers with relevant and current information so you can stay healthy and make informed travel decisions.

Here’s how we are preparing for and responding to potential travel disruptions:

  • Our management team is following the advice from authoritative sources such as the CDC, the World Health Organization and the U.S. State Department.
  • We receive daily updates from our supplier partners in countries affected by COVID-19 so we have the most credible information at hand.
  • We are working closely with our supplier partners to keep abreast of their relaxed change penalty policies (put in place to give you the flexibility to book now and modify your plans later if needed.)
  • Our agents are monitoring departure lists and reaching out to travelers to impacted countries to arrange alternative plans.
  • For travelers concerned about the COVID-19, we recommend purchasing travel insurance. For your reference, here are the updated policies for Travelex Insurance and Allianz Travel Insurance.
  • We are currently assisting clients who wish to change their travel plans and need travel assistance.
