“I just wanted to take a moment to tell you about the wonderful experience I had with your associates Heather Weiler and Madhavi Del Favero. Recently I learned that I would be taking a rather quick trip out of state for work and have been so busy lately that I missed some rather important details like what city I actually should be flying into.

In panic today I reached out to Heather and asked her to call me and she contacted me with in two minutes. Feeling embarrassed, I explained my situation and figured she would think I was a complete moron and she reacted just the opposite. She was understanding, empathetic, and extremely helpful. She was able to change my flight, have any change fees waived, all within an hour or so time frame.

This careless error on my behalf could have ruined my entire day and cost me a good bit of money but your associate jumped right on the issue, put me at ease, and made me feel extremely appreciated and was understanding.

In my line of work I deal so often with disgruntled customers and it delights me when on the rare occasion a customer wants to fill me in on a good experience rather than only negative ones and I thought you may enjoy the same compliment about one of your folks.”
