I soon heard back from Kim Sonderman and I was absolutely thrilled with how helpful she was. Planning a big vacation can be stressful and oftentimes it can leave you scratching your head wondering what to do. But Kim had an answer to every question we had and much insight into the many complications that can come from traveling to foreign countries.

I also appreciated her complete transparency about the cost of everything from our flights to the hotels and even things like transportation. I confided in Kim in the beginning that I would be proposing to my fiancé in the week leading up to our trip and she worked with me through the entire planning process to make sure this trip was as special and memorable as possible.

We truly feel blessed and lucky to have Kim plan our trip and look forward to working with her again in the future!
