Covington Planned our Alaska Princess Cruise 

We finally decided to do the great Alaskan adventure but were overwhelmed with the choices and options. I had the good sense to look around and found Doug Floyd at Covington. Doug knew virtually everything about the various options. He answered every question along the way and even knew the finest details about the ship, food, excursions etc. He was incredibly responsive and patient.

Knowing what to do and what to avoid is so important and dealing with Doug was like dealing with someone who was on the ground in Alaska. I’m a type A and tough grader, but I give Doug the highest marks as do my wife and children.
