I wanted to express gratitude for the service provided to me by your employee Brenda Martin. This my third time dealing with Brenda and she is simply the best at what she does. She exemplifies my three C’s in customer service: Conversant, Compassionate, and Commitment.
Conversant, because she understands her job and performs it with excellence. Compassionate, because she goes out of her way to make sure her consumers know that she cares.
