I just wanted to say how much I enjoy working with Connie and how easy she has made my business travel life. In the past week, she saved me $160 on a glitch I had with a flight I missed (GREAT tip, Connie!)

Then today, on a complex trip, I spent 2 hours looking for a hotel that I could get on state rates, my assistant spent another couple of hours, and then I called Connie in desperation. She got me a GREAT hotel at $100 less than my state rate in less than 3 minutes! What was I thinking doing it on my own?
