Mary Kay Provides Professional, Courteous & Timely Assistance!

I’ve been in an assignment that requires frequent travel for about 10 years and we’re not immune to short-notice travel, cancellations, and itinerary changes. I don’t recall a time in this position when Mary Kay Hart wasn’t taking care of our travel arrangements.I also know that we’re not Mary Kay’s only clients, but she continuously provides professional, courteous, and timely assistance.

On numerous occasions, I start an email to her with, “Sorry for the short turnaround…” followed by very specific travel requests (that are invariably met) and I know she does the same for many others simultaneously.

I was going over an upcoming itinerary and thought “She did it again!” and decided it’s too easy to allow a thought to pass without acting upon it.
