I am writing to raise up the work of Madhavi Del Favero. Ms. Del Favero was extraordinary. I have never experienced a more consummate professional in my career. We had a complicated travel event with 20 minors and four adult chaperones who traveled from Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Virginia over two weeks. Madhavi’s attention to detail was exemplary. She cross-checked all reservations, contacted hotels on our behalf, and provided documentation that allowed us to focus on the safety of the students. She even connected with us on one of the reservations during her vacation time. She is someone who obviously goes above and beyond what is required for her work. We can never thank her enough. 

It is our great hope that we will be fortunate enough to have her assist us again. There is literally no one better!
