Our Italy Vacation was Magical!

We had a magical time every day of the trip. We did get to Terrasini – the village where my grandparents were born. We even toured the church where they were baptized and the pastor showed us their baptismal records.

The hotel, Villa Igiea, was exceptional — food, service, rooms and grounds. Really a special place. And the Mazzaro Sea Palace was even better. We were put in the deluxe room for the whole week and enjoyed the private patio, pool, and the stunning Mediterranean Sea. The service was impeccable and the breakfasts were wonderful.

We took side trips to Castelmola, Savoca (a must for any Godfather fan) and Mt. Etna. Everything was picturesque and delightful. We both remarked that we could never have found such places on our own.
