Excellent Viking River Cruise 

My travel agent, Liz Prom at Covington did a magnificent job working with Viking River Cruise. Viking does an excellent job with the cruise, fights and luggage handling for our trip down the Danube.

For our 47th wedding anniversary, however, I wanted an extension in Munich with a side trip to Neuschwanstein. She coordinated with Viking and made the transition seamless. The hotel she booked in Munich was marvelous, one of the best I have stayed in Europe and I’ve been to Europe eighteen times.

The breakfast at the hotel was extraordinary and the transfers from the train station to the hotel and to the airport were well beyond my expectations, including the tour guide to the castle.

I have worked with Liz Prom for over a decade and she has resolved so many travel problems.  Thanks, Liz.
