PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A deposit of $2,000.00 per person is required on or before April 15, 2024. Final payment is due no later than August 16, 2024. Payments by check are payable to Covington Travel. Credit cards carry a 4% fee.
CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY
Pricing is based on a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number of participants is not met, Covington Travel reserves the right to cancel the tour. If the program is canceled by Covington Travel, all deposits and payments are refunded. No refunds will be made for cancelations by participant(s).
TRIP INSURANCE
Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended. Insurance premiums are quoted on an individual basis. Pre-existing conditions are covered if insurance is purchased when the initial payment is made. Please ask for an insurance quote, or you get a quote online.
THEATRE TICKETS
Covington Travel and ATLAS Partnership reserve the right to replace shows with comparable productions as necessary.
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE NEEDS
Travelers must discuss individual situations when requesting reservations. We make every effort to accommodate, but we are not responsible if carriers, hotels, restaurants or other suppliers are unable to do so. An able-bodied companion must accompany the traveler who needs special assistance.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Luggage is limited to one suitcase weighing up to 50 lbs. and one carry-on bag per person.
DISCLOSURE AND LIABILITY
Pricing is based on a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number of participants is not met, Covington Travel reserves the right to cancel the trip, with all deposits and payments fully refundable. The responsibility of Covington Travel of Richmond, Virginia and/or its agents or cooperative sponsors of this tour is limited. They act solely as your agent in arranging transportation, lodging, sightseeing and any other services, and as such are not responsible for any damage, loss, delay, injury or accident due to any act or default on the part of any company or person engaged in providing services which are part of this tour. Covington Travel reserves the right at its sole discretion to make alterations to the itinerary as may be deemed necessary; cancel the tour prior to departure; decline to accept or retain any person as a member of this tour at any time, and, in such case, its total obligation is to refund all payments. Covington Travel is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal property or for injuries, expenses or damages whatsoever incurred, as claimed by any tour member. BAGGAGE, ACCIDENT and TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Covington Travel shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions or omissions, or conditions outside the agency’s control.
